JacquardCraft provides custom, time-based textile design and technical development services. Because work is prepared for a specific client and application, refunds are assessed according to project stage and the written agreement.
Deposits
Unless a proposal states otherwise, a project deposit reserves studio time and begins discovery, research, or drafting. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Cancellations before work begins
If a client cancels before scheduled work begins, JacquardCraft will refund amounts paid less any non-recoverable payment fees, supplier commitments, or expressly agreed reservation charge. The precise cancellation window must be stated in the proposal.
Cancellations after work begins
If a project is cancelled after work begins, the client is responsible for completed work, approved expenses, and non-cancellable commitments through the cancellation date. Any remaining unearned balance will be returned after those amounts are deducted.
Revisions and change of direction
Revisions included in scope are not grounds for a refund. A changed brief, rejected approved direction, new production constraint, or additional colorway may require a change order. We will identify its effect on fees and timing before proceeding.
Technical concerns
If a delivered file materially differs from the agreed written specification, notify us promptly with supporting details. We will first seek to correct the deliverable within the original scope. Refunds are not available for mill variation, substituted yarns, unapproved production changes, skipped testing, or use outside the agreed application.
How to request review
Email contact@sironix.shop with the project reference, issue, and relevant evidence. We will acknowledge the request and provide a written decision within the timeframe confirmed in the final policy.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Governing jurisdiction, response timeframe, deposit percentage, and any mandatory cooling-off period must be confirmed before publication.
