These Terms govern your use of the JacquardCraft website and, where incorporated into a proposal or statement of work, our textile design services. A signed proposal or separate agreement prevails if it conflicts with these website Terms.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content for commercial exploitation, or misrepresent an association with JacquardCraft.
Project scope and approvals
Services, deliverables, fees, milestones, revision limits, and schedules will be defined in writing. Clients are responsible for timely briefs, accurate specifications, production constraints, approvals, and access to relevant mill or supplier information. Changes after approval may affect timing and fees.
Samples and production
Textile appearance and performance can vary with yarn lots, dye processes, loom settings, finishing, lighting, and production conditions. Woven trials and physical testing are essential. Unless expressly agreed, JacquardCraft does not manufacture goods and does not guarantee third-party mill output.
Intellectual property
Each proposal will specify ownership and permitted use of final deliverables. Until full payment, all rights remain with JacquardCraft. Pre-existing methods, tools, know-how, unused concepts, and working files remain ours unless expressly transferred in writing. Clients warrant that materials they supply may lawfully be used.
Fees, suspension, and termination
Invoices are due as stated in the applicable proposal. We may pause work for overdue payment or missing approvals. Either party may terminate as set out in the proposal; the client remains responsible for completed work, committed costs, and approved expenses.
Warranties and liability
Services will be performed with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. JacquardCraft’s aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
